I was just thinking, since it comes up at least ten times a day, should the I-693A vaccination supplement information have a pinned post? It seems to be the popular question on here and, not to sound rude, getting kinda tired of answering it over and over everyday. Wasnt sure where to post it or who to talk to, but was wondering if anyone else thought this may be a good idea?

The form is actually called 'Appendix A. Supplemental Form To I-693' not I-693A.

If we are to pin it it should be accurate.
