Words fail me........ to read the abuse this poor baby suffered at the hands of these horrible evil people.

How can the people that visited this child not save him, 60 times social services visited and 60 bloody times they failed him.

The sentence these people will serve will never be enough.

A mother, her boyfriend and their lodger are facing lengthy jail sentences after a baby died from a catalogue of injuries while supposedly under the care of the same social services responsible for the death of Victoria Climbie.

The mother ignored the abuse inflicted on her blond-haired, blue-eyed baby, known as baby P, spending time viewing pornography and chatting to friends on the internet while he was abused.

By the time the youngster died when he was 17-months old, he was nervous and shaven headed, covered in bruises and scabs.

After his death in August last year, the toddler was found to have eight fractured ribs and a broken back that left him a paraplegic. It is thought the back injury was caused when he was swung against his cot.

His fingernails and tips of fingers had been torn off, some deliberately, and he had been hit so hard in the face, probably on the night he died, that one of his teeth was found in his stomach.

On 2 August 2007 police announced they were dropping an investigation into allegations of child abuse they had launched the previous December.

Baby P's mother was elated and told social workers she would go home to hug her son and bake cakes.

The next morning he was dead

The mother lied to social worker Maria Ward that she was away, which delayed a home visit for another six weeks.

When Ms Ward saw Baby P for the last time, a few days before his death, she found him sitting in his buggy, with a sore ear, a gauze over his finger and chocolate smeared over his face and hands.

Two prosecution witnesses claimed the mother and boyfriend had deliberately spread the chocolate on his face to hide bruises.

Both men were found not guilty of the child's murder or manslaughter at the Old Bailey.

They were convicted of the specific charge of "causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable person", under section five of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004.

The law was brought in to prevent several adults blaming each other for the death of a child or vulnerable adult.

The more i read of this story the more disgusted i am, the police handed the baby back to its mother, only for him to b back in hospital, then medical staff were concerned about the baby but again handed him back to mother.

Basically they will be convicted of causing/allowing his death but not of murder, hopefully equal to time if they were convicted of murder.

i was sent this text message today.

The papers may be banned from naming and shaming the cruel vile killers of baby p but i am not, they are Tracey Connolly and Steven Barker of Penhurst road Tottenham.

Jason Owen is the guy living with them, i urge everyone to pass this information on so they can be named and shamed. Rest in peace little man.
