We were nice all the way up until the time someone couldn't take what was obviously a joke. I'm sorry, but the reaction to that was completely....non-human. I mean, seriously.... who starts babbling about "respect" after someone posts a joking "Shut Up, N00b!". Talk about a completely OTT response.....

Why should I have to lighten up? I came on VJ not to be insulted and made fun of and told to "shut up." I added to the topic and shared how I felt about disliking people who I feel are hurtful in their posts...I guess I found the right topic.

You don't have to lighten up.

However, I should say that my intent in starting this thread was so people could lighten up, if only a little.

If you're taking stuff said to you seriously, well - you have bigger problems, beyond the scope of this thread.

I don't hate anyone, but i would like to advice people to not to add a lot of their picture on the response. That doesn't mean that they are not good looking or anything, but its hard to read messages and i have to flip through pages to find a decent message. I am sure that i have lost a lot of decent, important, my case related messages because of those long timelines and those multiple personal pictures.

There is a limit of 2 pics per signature, if you dont like seeing them, go to your controls and disable the siggies.
