I got on a good 3-4 times today. Someone did post a few days ago that a CSR told them they were having "system problems" though ??

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Please god, through a computer glitch let everyone get their approvals tomorrow!

I know the site has been having problems not showing people's NO2 (even after they got them in the mail) but it has never gone down.

That is what happened to us - NOA2 dated the 5th - website still says received and pending.

Yes, I read where VSC was having computer problems also, a lot of people who filed for the IR-1/CR-1 have been transferred to the CSC, I believe because of the computer problem.

Yep! That's me! But I don't know...every Friday, I get really depressed and think "another week is gone, now there won't be anything done this weekend"...so today I'm not that hopeful...

I tried to check status this morning... I could login alright, but if I click on the case number, it only selects the box and will not give details.

Yes, it's behaving strangely this morning. I suspect that their system is in the fritz...when they bring it up, we should all see updates. My theory.
