I always feel really bad if I'm grumpy during PMS. I know sometimes I'll snap at someone, usually when they don't deserve it at all... but I'm usually very sorry for it when it happens. I know alot of people use PMS as an excuse for bad behavior, but I don't think it's that good of an excuse. Even if you're hormonal, have insane cramps and need chocolate right now, it's no reason to treat others badly.

God, cruel jokester!

Why did you have to slip in that quirky program we call PMS into Eve's biology when you created her. For what purpose, may I ask?

Fellow men, how do you ever deal with it? :help:

i get drunk and stay passed out :D

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Me??? I burst into tears about anything and everything when PMSing...

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Arrived in Houston on October 29th 2006

Married 17th November 2006

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

Conditional Green Card dated 24th October 2007

Oh geez, that's the worst. Anger is so much easier to deal with.

jig's had 7 years to learn to deal with such things... it's pretty simple:

1) rub my back (until i fall asleep or your knuckles bleed)

2) give me painkillers (the stronger the better)

3) bring me snacks... preferably cheetos, gummy worms, cotton candy, ice cream, slurpies... whatever you've got... just keep it coming!

if all that's covered, i'm a happy camper! :innocent:

I agree with LuvaLimey..... no excuse really but if y'all are scared of the PMSing, wait till the Metapause (I probably spelt that wrong) sets in. Then maybe you should be a little more worried. I don't think it's necessarily a man should be afraid of if he can figure out how to be of help and support during that time. Just know that we are all a little more emotional, and feel like #######, and have munchies, during that time. Learn your womens ways and be of help. Might make it a bit easier.

Do you really think it is a coincidence that these problems begin with "men"?

Mental anxiety,

Mental breakdowns,

Menstrual cramps, fatigue, irritability and bloating,

Menopause.

We even go to a "guy"necologist. :P
