My prediction to President Bush Presidential Pardon as he leaves office is Scotter Libby. Who do you think will

be the first Pardoned criminal as Bush uses his Presidential power at the end of his term.

That's what I've heard too. The guy did basically take the hit for the administration.

We saw "W" at the weekend. Fictional depiction of course (but allegedly based on interviews from people who know him - though with Oliver Stone - who knows what that actually means).

From the movie at least - Bush comes across as a deeply conflicted individual who tried for years to get out of his father's shadow, and went into the presidency with a set of faulty assumptions and a narrow outlook that was rooted in the past.

It gave an interesting interpretation of that press conference where Bush stumbled over a question about "mistakes" he felt he had made - as though he took it deeply personally and wasn't able to separate criticism about his job performance from personal criticism.
