I just got an email saying "card production ordered".

Can't really believe it! Does that really mean we got approved? or was it just a glitch in their database

i'm so excited. i started to lose hope after our interview..

Be excited. Congratulations!

I got the EAD in exactly 98 days since submission, and I had no RFE (true, the EAD appears to be valid as of the 85th day). With your RFE and case resumed as of January 9, you have to start counting of the 90 days as of January 9. I think it will be faster.

Yay! I bet you're super excited. I went home for a month very shortly after my AP arrived, and my GC interview was 2 days after I got back. Will someone be checking your mail? That's my only warning... and if you go through immigration during a stop-over give yourself lots of time.

Got a letter in the mail today...ripped it open & my honey's been approved for his green card! weee. Was so stressed out the last 3 weeks because of the RFE we had received..was afraid they wouldn't accept my i864 since they requested a JOINT sponsor to send in the i864...All I did was update mine with a new tax return copy attached to it.

So happy & relieved...

Thanks :) I AM super excited!! Its the best feeling knowing I'm "allowed" to leave the country to visit family! My hubby will be still here, so he'll keep an eye out for any important things in the mail. Thanks for the warning :) YAY! Family, good aussie food and my beautiful beaches - here I come !! :) :) :)

Got the approval letter yesterday - so am just waiting on the permanent resident card to arrive.

Really happy that this has all happened relatively quickly and that we didn't have to go through an interview at this stage.

Congratulations to those who've had good news recently, and fingers crossed for those still waiting to hear.

Congratulations to those who have been approved!

I just received my EAD last week, I was so thrilled :) Just want to ask, can you get a state ID with just presenting EAD? or is it best to wait for a green card? if I can apply for one, would it show an annotation to being valid only for a year too?--my EAD is only good for a year, just assuming it would.

I got an RFE last week for the I-693. No big surprise as I just put in the DS-3025 from my London medical. Figured it was worth a try. No mention of the TB requirement (my medical was 2nd June) so think I'll just try my luck again by getting Dr Arnold to transcribe my medical results (without TST).

I guess we'll at least get an answer as to how strict they are on the new TB testing rules.

I hope we don't get an RFE then...the doctor didn't give Benny the I-693. We can only assume it was in the mysterious brown envelope.
