Another thing is that Obama will be a high risk President due to this reason alone. He will encounter more assasination attempts on him compared to his predecessor.

Frankly, I think it's racist to assume that because someone doesn't fit your stereotyped view of "black" that he's automatically white.

It means that one has been elected, but has not taken office. And truthfully, he will not actually be elected until the College of Electors actually elects him - in December.

Obama is half-white. His father, who was black, abandoned him and his mother when he was about two years old. He lived with his white mother and white grandparents. This being the case, if he is half black and half white - isn't it just as accurate to call his a white president as it is to call him a black president?
