Arrrrgghhhh can some one please help me to register for DHL pickup. I have logged into the usvisa-info.com and created an account. Now when I go to the select trip purpose I chose Immigrant Register for Courier - Family-sponsored is this right? Then I continued and it created a summary page and told me to print. I printed...then when I go back to log in to get a waybill number it says......

I went through all the entering in the info and it says.....

Once you've confirmed your DHL location by clicking submit, you may log out of the system. You can log in again after your appointment to check on whether or not you your document(s) are ready for pickup.

Status Tracking

The following status messages will be available to assist in tracking the applicants' documents:

In Transit

The applicant’s documents have been picked up at the consular section by DHL.

Ready for Pick-up at Courier Location

The applicant's documents are available for pickup at the DHL location that was selected.

Delivered

The applicant's documents have been given to them at the DHL location that was selected.

No Package Available for Pickup

At this time the system does not show that there are documents en route or available for pickup. Please check again at a later time.

1. It says select "Courier Information" from the left hand menu of the home page to receive your Air Waybill number, but there is no such button.

2. There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time. This is under the applicants information but as you can see below it says that a appt has not been scheduled. Now on the Passport delivery info it says....Select "Schedule Appointment" or "Register For Courier Service."

Note: You will not need to actually schedule an appointment if you've already been provided one by the NVC or KCC. You will be able to enter in all your personal information. We selected "Register for courier only." What appt are they talking about? At the Emabssy or DHL location? My husband said they did not tell him he needed an appt. just 2 go register online. So we did but again it says no info on a waybill and this page is 4 info purposes. If you know or anyone else can you put a step by step so that way I can go back and check? Also do we need to select an appointment from the calendar to receive the waybill although we don't have to go back to the Embassy. I am so confused by this online registration. I just want to be able to check the status and not think that all this time there is some step that I am missing. We are a CR-1 Not K-1

Congrats kolewenoik31, wait is almost over, we got out interview coming next week, i cant wait to get done with all this process. Light is finally visible at the end of this very long tunnel. Congrats on your interview and let us know when your package arrives at DHL. I hope its as quick as MTA said, a week or less!!!

Yes, my husband had me set up his account through DHL on Monday and by Thurs. it said "ready for pick up" 4 days......Check my signature below it shows time frame.

hello good people,

I am humbly requesting someone who recently went to Nairobi for their interview update the embassy information page.... hopefully from 2015

the information is so out of date it almost becomes null and void. It would help so many couples if the details of the K-1 process

and also the IR-1/CR-1 were laid out plainly. Information about paperwork required scheduling appointments wait times and medical, costs and finally accommodation.

Please take some time and pay it forward.... God will Bless you for your good deed ...

Does anybody know if the Nairobi IOM will make my fiance and her kids get vaccines again if we try and do them elsewhere first and have them put on their WHO card? Her eldest hates needles and I really don't want to pay 2 times!

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

i read on one of these threads that they made them get them all again. and pay again too. I would wait so they get only what is necessary. I am figuring $600 usd for my fiance and her son. they say its $105 per child and $138 per adult before the needed shots are figured in. the person said the other shots cost $248. if they have the medical outside of flu season they won't have to get that vaccine.
