Hi All. :)

My husband mailed my K3 petition to the Chicago lock box on July 22, 2008 and it was received on Aug 07, 2008.

If you filed K3 @ VSC between Mid July to August end please post here so that we can track our progress.

I sent the K-3 and CR-1 petitions to VSC on July 9, 2008, and only have 2 touches on OCTOBER 1ST AND 2ND. No any approvals. We have to be patient. I know it is hard to be away from the loved ones. Let's wait and hope.

Hi all.

We filed our I-130 in April of this year and our I-129F August 15 2008. I had one ouch on the 20 of August on my I-129F but absolutley nothing since then.

Its driving me crazy!!! What time frame do you all think we are looking at? Im hoping to maybe have my NOA2 by Late November. What do you think? Unrealistic??

My husband and i have been apart since April of this year and its horrible!! I just want this all over!!!

I hoping for late November too! The oddest thing is that on the processing time lines on this website people have already got their NO2 from August! What? I thought it was in order of when they got it!

I know!! I also saw that and thought i was going mad!! I just dont get it. It also says they are processing document received around august 15th now. But i have heard nothing. I hate that there is no one to call and get a truthful straigh answer!!

At the rate VSC is moving, I'd be overjoyed if my wife's petition approval came around New Years. I keep hearing the horror stories of some of our fellow VSC filers who are still waiting for march and april approvals...it kind of scares me. Oh well, constant communication with our spouses and keeping busy are what's helping me through each day.

I thought it was FIFO but they are all over the place my Noa 1 is june and not a single touch. I hardly even see much approval for march and april at VSC so i'm not even thinking about approval right now, this is a game of luck. May sound negative but what else to think when we can't get a comforting answer.

i know this is about the vsc filers :) but i also filed the i-130 in july and nothing yet , my i-129f was transferred tot he local office in sep-19th and nothing yet

Filed I-130 on July 3rd. I-129F was improperly rejected (for not sending a payment!) but now has an August 20th date. Don't know when approvals are coming so planning ourselves a New Years trip. It helps to have something solid to look forward to while in the midst of all this chaos!

A lots of February fillers at VSC are not still approved. With this slow movement I dont think you are going to be approved this year..

The VJ timeline suggests I-129F approval starting January 25th. Anything prior to that time will be considered a miracle in my mind.

VSC hasn't done anything this month....seems like they are on vacation...

They need to realise that they are effecting lives of families :(
