Not that I'm not happy for you, but it really makes me sick to see people going through Nebraska who are done in such a short time while others wait months and months for no good reason. This whole system stinks! FOUR DAYS!!!! Augh!!!!!

Whoa, dude, just remember I could be picked off by a USCIS paperwork sniper anywhere in the process.

I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall.

It does suck-there is no rhyme or reason for any of this #######.

Some people get approved in DAYS & it takes others months & some even years. It is really a frustrating process.I am always happy for anyone who gets approved so quickly-but I would be lying if I didn't say I was a little jealous :(

I completely and whole-heartedly agree. We sent our

K1 package to Nebraska in November, and it took them

almost TWO MONTHS to open the friggin' envelope

and send us the NOA1.

The system is a disaster. There is no accountability, no

avenue of recourse. Once you're in the system, you're

at the mercy of some disgruntled government worker

who hates their job, and probably hates you even more

because you've found love and happiness, and they're

going to do everything in their power to ruin it for you

and make you share in their misery.

Sorry for being a moaner, but to see a four day approval

is outrageous when there are people whose files have

been sitting on the shelf for months waiting for no good

reason.

I curse the USCIS and the system they work under.

I agree with Agent Smith, I am not sure what the NVC has to do with this notice of action. This was issued by the Nebraska Service Center and is your approval NOA. The petition will now be transferred to the NVC for case assignment and then transferred to the embassy. Good luck
