You will probably get your NOA2 in early-mid October according to your first NOA date. We got it within 4 1/2 months. Just a little while longer....

We filed in May and are still waiting. If you call USCIS they'll just tell you they are working on Feb. applications (offical statistcis). As was said, according to VJ timelines you should get ur NOA2 in mid-October, so get some patience. I know it's pretty hard, but there's not much we can do but wait

Not sure where you saw 78 days. it's been a long time since they were processing cases that quick.

This is right on your timeline ..and is a much more accurate date range...

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 25, 2008 and November 5, 2008*.

Don't even bother calling USCIS. Getting through the recorder system is a pain enough. And even if you get to talk to a person, they are gonna tell you that they don't have any other info other than your NOA1. They can't look into your file. If you call USICS you're only gonna waste 45 minutes of your life. Just wait. The processing times vary depending on application. You can get it within 20 days or 150 days. It all depends. You have to be patient.

Took us 241 days - so you will need to be patient. Good news is that once it gets out of USCIS, the time flies. We were approved for the NOA2 on June 2nd and my girl arrived here in Chicago on September 6th. She had her Interview in kiev on August 19th.....

I got Noa1 on June 16 2008 also, and im still waiting, i know its a pain every day checking the email and mail box hoping for notice of action 2 but that is the life we have to live until they get around to processing our applications. Good luck to you, nothing i can say to make it any better, i just try to remain in contact with my fiancee everyday by email, phone and or sms messages. Also via snail mail but that is almost as slow as the processing of I129F lol. Good luck to you
