My wife does not have a middle name. Should I write none in the oxes on the forms or just leave them blank?

Blank works. I prefer "----". "None" is a name in some languages.

LOL I was afraid of that too, so I wrote none without capital N. I was afraid to leave blank since I heard you have to put something. They figured it out, NOA didn't have "none" as my middle name :thumbs:
