The Revolutionary War was fought against the British and our Declaration of Independence was written to declare independence from British rule. If this is not the answer you are looking for try this Link

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

WOW.

We gained Freedom from England, as a result of the revolutionary war. There was some help from france.

We GAVE freedom to France, during WWI and WWII, after France caved in to Germany in practically record time.

Reminds me of a few jokes:

Did you see the authentic French WWII rifle on e-bay? Advertised as, "mint condition - never fired".

How many speeds does a French tank have? 5 - all reverse.

French General at a military conference complains to the American Admiral that the conferences are always in English and points out that in all the countries of Europe, people speak multiple languages and then asks, point blank, "This conference is being held in France. Why do we have to conduct it in English?" The American Admiral, having listened quietly and politely up until this point, responds, "Because, my dear fellow, the Americans, the Brits, the Canadians, the and Australians have arranged it so that the French do not have to speak German."

Oh gee, I guess when people talk about G.B., they're not really basically mostly referring to England. Yeah. When people think about G.B., Wales and Scotland are the first thing that come to mind.

It's kind of like Alaska. Yeah, technically, it's in the U.S., sure. However, SO MANY things about America simply don't apply to you if you're in Alaska that really, when you talk about America, you're not talking about Alaska. Hell, just look at a map of the U.S. Most of them don't even show Alaska, and if they do, they show it in the wrong place. It's no wonder why most high school graduates don't know it's part of the U.S. or where it is located (:

I tease my British friends about reclaiming the USA so we can get free health care, but one disadvantage of that is we would have to learn English all over again. King George was a little bit nuts at the time and didn't like the colonies claiming independence, so he sent troops for a seven year war that almost broke the crown. Had to quit by came back in 1812 to try again, that didn't work out very well either.

In the meantime the French claimed most of the central USA, but since we wanted it for trade expansion, instead of fighting for it, we paid $8,831,250.00 for some 828,000 square miles of land. That about ten bucks a square mile or a cent and a half per acre. But still a much better deal than what King George from Britain got, not a red cent, could have offered to sell the colonies instead of trying to fight for them and saved a lot of money and men in two very long wars.

Japanese made the same mistake by bombing Pearle Harbor, got smart and today they own over half of Hawaii, plus a good share of our entertainment industry and a bunch of us are driving Japanese made cars.

USA and France have always been friends, except some of them helped the Confederates during the Civil War in the states, but didn't amount to much, but France and Britain in the middle ages never really got alone very well. But France and Britain joined hands to form Airbus that is giving Boeing a hard time.

Really, it's all about money.

Just read the 96 questions and memorize the answers.
