Hi Guys,

Our case completed at NVC on August 27th after RFE received on august 15th, I checked from Automatic System.

Waiting the interviwe date will be available.

how long it will take to get interview date based on experiance

Case complate : August 27th 2008 , Interview date will on Oct 29th 2008

Package forwarded to Local embassy : Sept 11th 2008

Package received : Sept 15th 2008

Receive interview mail : Sept 30, 2008

Medical check : Oct 1st 2008 passed

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008

congrats divi...they schedule interview dates 2nd week of the month for the following month...so by next week or so we should have something.,

Question :

When do you usually setup the interview?

After NVC process or somewhere in the middle?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

When do you usually setup the interview?

After NVC process or somewhere in the middle?

After NVC completes ones case, most likely Mid of every month interview dates are given out for the next month.

Congrats on case completion. You should call them back during the second week of September to check for an interview date. NVC makes appointments on the second week of each month. Good luck.

Thanks for the info for interviwe date, I will check again on 2nd of Sept.

so what about medical check , should I wait until interviwe date available .
