I've seen people's signature timelines and it says "touched" on several different dates. Do people get emails every time there's a touch because I don't. I went in yesterday and saw that last date updated was 8/27 but there was no email from CRIS. There was an email from CRIS on 8/25 telling us that case is now pending at CSC.

How do people know the exact dates when their case is touched since it only shows you the last updated? Is there a way to show all activity?

no, but since some people check 10,000 times a day and they see exactly (give or take a few minutes) when the field changes....

You will not get an e-mail when your case is "touhed". The only thing that changes is the "last updated" date. I do not believe you can get listing of all the "last updates".

You'll only get an e-mail from them is when they send you an RFE or when they've approved the petition.
