Hi All!

My update:

Today my "NOT Invoiced" status on online site changed to NOT PAID. I sure paid immediately!!!

However AVR is still saying :" Case not is in the system".

Question: Can I assume that DS3032 was also generated and send it finally off? Are AOS bill and DS3032 form generated at the same time?

The AOS and DS-3032 are generated at the same time, yes.

Seems I've lost a day in my AOS Fee Bill payment processing. I logged on to check it and found it went from 'In Process' back to 'Not Paid'. Right away I called my hubby who confirmed the balance and account and routing numbers...and we found the problem. When the bank sent me the account info, they put down that it was a savings account, so I processed it as such. Seems its actually a checking account. Its the only reason we can think of that it wouldn't have gone through. Either way, its been redone now, so we'll see what happens in a few days.

you should not worry, next day after you pay online it said "not paid" on the first page when we went through this too.

if you click on the receipts link it should show "pending"

day later it will show paid.

usually takes 2 business days to process the payment, it says so on their payment page.

should not make any difference checking or savings, acct number and routing number is all that matters.

hope you did not do it second time. But probably if you did, they will not process it, it will just change to "paid" tomorrow.

Yeah, yeah I did panic and do it a second time. LOL Its funny, I was just on the phone telling my husband that I really ought to have posted here to get others' experiences before doing that. Either way, we've decided that even if the second one does process and we lose another 70.00 we really don't care at this point. Not like it was the bigger IV Fee Bill. Go me!! :P

I keep calling the AVR and it says that my case has not been received. I called and talked to an operator and he said the same thing. LOL my case would be the one that gets lost in the mail... USCIS is like that bum friend who owes you money... "It's in the mail"

I know the feeling..our case was approved 8-15 and our has not made it to NVC either...I am seeing other peoples cases being received at NVC in as little as 3 days after approval...

Ok, just to clarify, the CR1 visa only requires the I-864 non-notarized affidavit of support, right?

Only when going the K-3 route would one have to submit the I-134 notarized AOS (I'm guessing since it's being sent to a foreign embassy, not NVC).

We switched from K3 to CR1 so it's all jumbled up in my head.
