Hello people,

I called RFE line for CSC and she look at my case and she said good news is: you case has been approved today. They will send you the notice to your address.

She was happy and I was happy and that is it.

No email yet neither online message. I only had a touch in the morning. I hope it is true.

I applied I-130 base on my green card in Feb. 2006 and in july 23, 2008 I had it upgraded.

I had an RFE and lots of touches. It has been a long journey for us.

Again thank you all for being here all the time.

PS, I hope she won't call me and say, sorry I was mistaken about your approval and you just had another RFE :D

Thank you all,

Leah, I can't do any record breaking here because I wasn't aware that I need a police clearnace for my wife from Turkey since she lived there for 14 months (three years ago) and now I am trying to get that. I have contacted Turkish consulate in Los Angeles and they said it will take them somewhere from 2 to 3 months. Even though I have sent them copy of all documentation but I am not really relay on them.

I wish that someone here had a relative in Ankara that could go and get it for me and I would pay them the fees and all that but I guess that is impossible.

I think I have to stick to my wife's immigration forever. I have been doing this for four year and try to find different way and none of them worked for us. Now we are trying to go for only way we had in mind for the last try and this is it. This is my life.

Again, thank you guys for being here and believe me it is such a relief from stressful immigration life when I talk to you guys here.
