Hello!!! You can add me to list of tranferred applicants!!!!! Case status updated on USCIS website 8/28 with notice that our case was transferred to CSC on 8/27!!!

Time line -

02/13/08 - Filed I-130

02/16/08 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox

02/22/08 - NOA1 Receipt Date

8/27/08 - Transferred from VSC to CSC

9/05/08 - Touch

9/08/08 - Touch

09/23/2008 - NOA2

NVC:

10/02/08 - NVC Case # Assigned

10/03/08 - AOS and DS-3032 Generated

10/07/08 - Received AOS and DS-3032 in mail

10/07/08 - DS-3032 e-mailed to NVC

10/07/08 - AOS fee paid online

10/09/08 - AOS fee status PAID

10/10/08 - I-864 package mailed to NVC

They received our case the last week of January, and our NOA1 was dated the second week of February. It was at Vermont, and the one and only 'touch' stood all spring and summer at 2/24/08.

I returned home yesterday from a camping trip with the boys in the Adirondacks absolutely pickled, and my veil of blurry stupor was lifted by an email informing me that we'd been transferred to California. This Monday morning, it was touched again- not getting my hopes too high for these incompetent clowns, but it can't be a bad thing...

Phillip2 I was also touched on 8/26/08, I think all 8/25/08 transfer case will get approval next week and please update all of us on this thread if you hear any news I will do same. Thanks Rmusic

It is implied that you know what office it was transfered to and that it is now pending there. Good lcuk and hopefully you will have an approval soon!

Bloody hell. I just noticed that my NOA2 says "on August 25th we..." so while I received notice on August 26th, my actual NOA2 date is the 25th. I wonder if the rest of the folks that were notified somewhere around 9-10 AM Eastern were also actually NOA2'd on the 25th.
