I am okay Dani... or should I say coping. My little one was being silly the other day. She's the funniest. :) I am kinda worried that she is so excited to be with her Daddy Aaron, that this whole wait may spoil her mood. :(

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

N400:
4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

Dont worry sis, kids dont have the worries we have and they live in their imaginary world better than our so i'm sure she wont let you down :) soon you'll be together

Habibi: Check interview experiences with that embassy http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.p...1&dfilter=5 (I saw nothing though but you should probably read those just for fun).

I didn't see anything on a search... guess there's not many VJ members who've been through that country... I think that leaves you with the most dreaded option... you have to call the embassy and ask them. Even after you get an answer though... you will probably want to verify it some how.

Did anyone get a beeping word from vermont today ? :angry:

My fiance did call two times today, they didnt say anything new only that our case was pending, and that we are still in the stimated prossesing time....

Gemmie, good luck on your vaccination... It will be all fine!

I can't understand why CSC is having loads of NOA2 released! Did everybody from VSC just resettle to CSC because of winter?

I dont know what have happened! but there is kno doubt VSC has about 10 agents when CSC must have about 50 agents working on inmigration cases!

I want my APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is having a cosponsor as good as being as sponsor? I know that the primary sponsor should be the petitioner, but if a sponsor from the same house hold is fully dedicated for sponsoring, would interview people have have a problem with this? I have graduated from University past May and spend the last 6 months with my fiancee in Tashkent. After returning i found our economy to be in shambles. I am having a difficult time finding a job. But my mother is fully dedicated sponsoring my fiancee. She makes well over the require minimum. I hope this is not a huge problem. Please tell me your opinion. Thank you in advance.

from my understanding you still have to be the main sponser even without income. we are going to have to do the same thing since i'm not able to work atm
