I can´t find which e-mail I can use to contact VSC about my I-129F NOA2. I figure bugging them is good to find out if they´re still working and if my case is not lost.

There is no e-mail for VSC, but you can speak to them on the phone call main number 1-800-375-5283

select options 1->2->6->1 and enter your case number after you'll hear your case status select option 3

and than 2 to be connected directly to VSC. Let us know what they say about your NOA2, sicne I am

planning to call them tommorow (my NOA1 was way back on March 8th) and last Friday they told me, that

thay are waiting on the new instructions because of IMBRA law.

Oh, I thought I could e-mail. I guess I´ll have to wait for my fiance to call then ´cus NO WAY I´ll call from Brasil.

I´ll see if he can call today or tomorrow and then I´ll let you know.

I'm so worried that they're going to be backed up for a long time because of this IMBRA stuff!!

I'm still waiting on an NOA1 which usually come ridiculously fast from them and it has been two weeks with no check cashed

That´s what´s bothering me. They are so fast and all of a sudden, NOTHING.

My fiance has been trying to talk to VSC using those options but it´s not working, it´s giving him automated answers only.

Laura.......the NCSC are the only people you can talk to in regards to a petition (The 1800 number everyone calls) The service centers DO NOT take calls. The National Customer Service Center was set up to take over this role. The posted info about being transferred to VCS is wrong.

Laura.....can you post the link for the NVC where you are reading this? I am wondering too if you maybe confusing it with the USCIS

Well, we went ahead and called normally and obviously they have no information at all and are acting as if March 6th was the proper day for VSC processing as if they had never been to April yet.

EDIT: Let´s see, in VSC page they say: "Calling: You may obtain case status by calling 1 (800) 375-5283, and following the automated instructions. Please have your receipt number ready."

The NVC pages states that: "For inquiries about visa cases and the application process call: 202-663-1225. To email the Visa Office for general information, write us at usvisa@state.gov. "

Hmmm, can´t seem to find the exact page I found something more especific. But since I´ve been visiting ALL pages related to visas lately I may have confused USCIS with NVC. Sorry!

I didnt see this till after i left a new topic so check out the the new topic i just called them... and they are now at FEB 20, 2006 i was told!!!!!!!!
