0nly on Tuesdays.

Nagi....what is today? Now go back to your room!

So if we didn't go to OT before are we disqualified?

Prince Spaghetti Day?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Well since we finished our visa journey and hubby has the 10 yr green card, I'd say in that way we are VJ veterans...and I also have been here over 4 years, yikes. Yes I remember when the cat was the main topic of OT and most screen names included "cat" in them. (Yes I am exaggerating, but not too much hehe)

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

You're a veteran if you remember when all the posters in OT were women with cats talking about their favourite colours.

i remember that

oh the horror.

i am proud to be one of the noobs who upset that little applecart with political postings and actual hate-filled flamewars

I believe I may have been around at the start of that, then. I remember SassyCat & BoPeep, but you & Wog Boy seemed to be taking over. I got my feet wet by arguing that there was a need for more bus routes in the suburban US. Three years later, I feel vindicated!

Glad I missed that.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

I'm no VJ veteran, although I lurked here on and off for 4 years going through the immigration process. But, I sure as hell am an immigration veteran, as we've now been through the ringer to get to citizenship and beyond. So, it probably doesn't count for anything with this group, but I've played the USCIS game and won!

i'm thinking it's maybe someone who's been in a thread with heavy fire between posters, like lisad and mermaid.
