Me too men I have not hear anything either, so many of us are in the same boat. ( I hope it doesn't shink like Titanic ) Just kidding......

No touches here either..

I wonder though, if it takes them six months to complete one month (from Feb to July 2008 to complete July of 2007) and they are still on July 2007 and I filed in Feb 2008, will it take 36 months just to get to Feb filers??

Just a thought.

Hey guys! I totally agree VSC sucks! However, I'm kinda positive that most 2008 filers won't wait as much as 2007 filers did. I've seen several approvals from VSC here in VJ, so I'm trying to believe my journey will be over soon. But those are just positive thoughts I have since I had no real action in my petitions for a while now. Last month I had a few touches on both my I-130 and I-129F and I got really excited, but nothing else so far. Updates on the website feel good because we see some action, but they don't mean a lot since what we really want and NEED is a NOA 2!!!

I feel sorry for some people who are in a more difficult situation than mine, waiting longer, having kids away from the spouses and stuff. I can't believe USCIS prioritizes work visas while families are left apart! Come on! I know money is what moves the world, but to that point is ridiculous.

Well, I hope my positive thoughts bring good results. I don't wanna get disappointed!

God bless you all!

Hang in there everybody! I hate the length of time between activity too. VSC is still moving, even if it has slowed down some. It won't be long before we wish each other congratulations on an NOA2.

Well i don't know what is going on, but i am as confused as they get.

We call them for help and they give us the wrong information which we lost over 3 months

our I-129F got send back yesterday

and our I-130 got send back the 1st time after the check was $10 to much which is the amount they told us

So now, we are recoding all calls we make to them, so we can refer to them later

I am wondering if we can send pre-paid fedex or fedex account to mail our receipts back since they mailed ours since Apr 24 and we still haven't gotten it in the mail

we asked for a second one but still nothing

I am with you guys here!!!

My last touch was on April 21 2008 and I am still waiting for NOA2.

It has been getting only harder and harder as a day goes by.

I am glad to know that someone getting NOA2 means that at least VSC is working.

But I feel soo left behind and I miss my loved one so much.

He is coming to visit me next month but that is only for 10 days....

We may be just "petitioners" and "beneficiaries" on paper

but they don't get it!!!! We are petitioners and beneficiaries

because we love each other so much that we just have to be together in the same country

and that is what they are doing!!! They should not keep us apart for too long!!!

I am sure a lot of people working at VSC have their loved ones as well,

and I just wish they were compassionate enough to think of how hard it is to live apart from

their loved ones for over half year, like in our shoes.....

I wonder if they even realize that their routine work has a great significance on someone's life....

I guess some adjudicators are....

Sorry, my comment looks like a mess, well, it is, but I just cannot help it

as I am really really stressed out about not getting NOA2....

you know what's funny is that the other day i was trying to help a friend of mine that is petitioning his sister and i called USCIS and aks about the status on this case and the operator thought that i was the petitioner when the name on the receipt says VICENTE she was like Ms. Vicente your petition has been approved and sent to NVC you got to deal with them from now on and i was like is this lady stupid? Ms. Vicente?? Vicente is a guy name! they really don't have a brain!

plus she gave me the whole information without confirming if i was the beneficiary or the petitioner. also they do mention that they could only give info to petiotioner beneficiary and attorney or agency in charge of the case. so its weird that they didn't provide you with your case info.

But seriously, it is ridiculous, the delays on VSC. Though since you're K-1 you'll probably finish before me.

Sorry if my comment came out a little inappropriate here.

I have been pretty whiny about this lately. I need to stop.

You have been waiting even longer than me!!

Do you think this has something to do with the country of the beneficiary, Japan??

I have seen some cases with the Japanese beneficiaries didn't take that long before,

but some took over 4 months last fall.

I sincerely hope everyone still waiting and feeling crazy will receive NOA2 soon!
