I suppose it is to mean that some people are open to wisdom (God) and acquire it while others aren't and don't. Put differently, those that don't open themselves to God are fools. Or something like that...

IT's so Ironic!!

Whites went to the carribean island of Haiti to get their help fighting the French down south, after this tiny island kick the French out, while the black folks here were still in Slavery. When they want your help, the need you, it's all color blind. Haiti (1st black republic) help the american fight the French down south, specially noticed is the "BATTLE OF SAVANNAH" where the Haitian slaves Freedom Fighters held off the French until the americans can get reinforcement. Yet the blacks haitian are always looking upon as Pariah, Boat people, while the Light Skin Cuban are always welcome with an Open Arm.
