11.14.2005: AOS and EAD applications received at USCIS

03.10.2006: EAD received (114 days since submission)

06.17.2006: Green card received (241 since submission)

Removal of Conditions Timeline

05.28.2008: Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center

06.04.2008: NOA1 received

07.05.2008: Biometrics completed in Houston

03.27.2009: Ten year green card approved

Congratulations Dani.

Liam (he's from Northern Ireland too) and I have been waiting for news of his EAD and AOS since December. Because we had an RFE, the receipt date for both applications was changed from December 27 to January 31. It certainly has been more than the 30 to 90 days noted to process the EAD (been 100 days, actually) and of course nothing regarding the AOS...

I only hope we don't have to wait as long as the two of you have!

Congrats on the interview date! I totally understand the "waiting" part, we waited over 365 days for our interview date. I wish you luck on the interview :)

Congratulations on your interivew date. It took less than 3 weeks from our interview to him receiving his green card. We brought all the information requested but they didn't look at anything as she said it was all in our file. I hope you have a fast and easy interview too.
