When I had the notation on my SS card removed after I got my greencard, I had to wait for more than 3 weeks due to verification. They even made me fill out another form because they thought it had gotten lost in the mail. After another 2 weeks, I received my new card... 2 of them. Since it's more than 3 weeks for you, go back to SSA and inform them of how long you have been waiting.

Are they waiting for the USCIS to enter your information in their system first? That's what happened with my husband's paperwork, the USCIS took about seven weeks to enter his information in their system and the SSA couldn't issue him his SS# because of that.

i was told that when she enters my alian number or i94 number she see my husbands information instead of mine. may be the account is linked wrong?

my guess is that her info is just in the system. she told me that she has sent copy of my ead and passport to some office(i guess uscis). today when i called her she said this normal, they have to send application for verification all the time.

Sounds like the G-845 was sent along with a photocopy of your EAD to immigration for manual verification of your status. If that was sent 3 weeks ago, it's not pass the point of them following up. A month is the average time for a manual verification to take. What has me confused is the part about your husband's info coming up under your A#. Your EAD application wouldn't have had your husband's name on it and I assume he is a U.S. citizen, so he wouldn't have an A# record.
