Not Complaining....Just Wondering

Believe me....I went through Nebraska last summer and saw lots of people get approved before me...Seriously, I am not complaining -- I am just wondering....

Is there anyone else out there who sent in their paperwork around my date (3/22/06) and HAS NOT gotten a letter about their Biometrics yet?

It just seems like all the timelines I see sent in their paperwork after me and have already gotten the Biometrics taken or received the letter with the date.

Mindy & Roy,

We're in the same boat. Our AOS paperwork was received on March 28th and we have not yet received a biometrics appointment (Local office: Las Vegas).

I was thinking the same thing as you: I noticed that many couples have been scheduled for biometrics within 2 weeks of AOS receipt. Looks like more waiting for us :)

Take care and best of luck,

Brian & Agnes -

We sent our AOS and EAD package: Jan. 12, 2006.... Jan. 16, Chicago received it..... Jan. 26, received NOA1's for AOS & EAD.....Feb. 14, received biometics appointment letter for AOS & EAD.....March 10, biometrics and fingerprinting are done.....March 14, EAD touch....March 16, EAD approved....March 21, received EAD card.

Our AOS was never been updated since Jan. 24, 2006 even if I had done my bio and fingerprints on March 10. I have notice that there are many VJ'r sent their AOS & EAD application on Feb & early March and they already received their AOS interview appointment letter.

Well, you're not alone in this journey.... mine was AOS though. I just hope you'll receive your biometrics appointment letter soon.
