Well you could try doing a search in google that says: How to find someone.

Then if you know their legal first and last name and approximately what state they are in you can use some of the search engines they provide for finding people. That is how I found some of my old friends. Ah the wonders of technology!

The first thing I would do is Google them. If you place apostrophes around their name, e.g. "John Quincy Public", it will search for only that phrase. Next I would try switchboard.com.

i once tried yahoo people search (just out of curiosity caz i wanna try if it really works hehe). I typed my husband's full name and yes it provided me his address, tel num and even the name of his sisters (although i already know them ) lol! there are some other websites that can help you find people you are looking for but you need to pay for their service.

Good Luck!

There are several ways, sometimes just trying the white pages or other people search services/google surprisingly helps. If all else fails there are some services that you have to pay for and that most likely locate people for you , but they are not free.

Hi,

If all fails with finding them online, MAYBE you knew someone that also connected to that someone, and you might track him/her through those people connected to both of you. Or if you knew his/ her previous work or office , might want to send letter inquiring about that person.

It's not impossible. Hope you find your long lost friend. Good luck.

Shape

I lost touch with someone a few years ago, and I would like to find them again. The previous contact information I had is too old and they are no longer there anymore. Does anyone know where I would begin in this situation?

Thanks so much.

Other than facebook . . . . ugh

The one true and tried trick in my life has been, to say something really bad about them to a group of people and lo and behold there they come around the corner. You might try that in a busy coffee shop or grocery store.
