I am not sure if I must file the AR-11 before I file for AOS or after I have filed for AOS? Does anyone know? I have moved recently after getting married two weeks ago. I have moved about 1/2 hour away from my old address. So right now, I am not sure if I must file AR-11 now or later? Any suggestions?

I believe you must file your change of address within 10 days of moving. I believe the instructions are on the form itself.

What matters the most is that you give them your current address in the AOS forms.

Technically USCIS should know your current address at all times.

So I guess what you can do is send the form along with your AOS application.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship

All I would do is file the AOS with the new address.

I believe the form said you must tell USCIS within 30 days of moving. We sent our Change of Address 2 days before we sent our AOS. We then received their acknowledgment of our CoA a day after we sent our AOS Paperwork. Telling them of our CoA wasn't such an urgent thing because our previous address was at my husband's parents place anyway, so we knew we would get all our letters. But we felt it was important to do nonetheless.
