Letter of Intent

My fiancée sent me her letter of intent and I noticed a couple small things:

1) Title says 'Fiancé Letter of Intent' and not 'Fiancée Letter of Intent'

2) She put my address at top and not hers

We used the template Letter of Intent from here (VJ) if it matters...I just want to make sure each document is perfect before submitting our package. What do you think should we definitely;y redo it and correct the two things noted? Thanks in advance!

When I sent my letter of intent to Ryan, I did not include the title "Fiancee Letter of Intent." Also, I put my address and not his'. I suggest you redo it to avoid delays.

We took off the heading.

We also each put our own addresses.

I don't think it makes any difference. The spelling of fiance with one e or two es is irrelevant. The address is also immaterial - you do not need to redo it. But if you have time, you can - most people do not use a title and some (as we did) do not put an address - either ours or theirs - just said 'To Whomsoever' and no addresses. Good Luck

Hmm i think the headings would be helpful for the person doing your paperwork to keep them on track buts thats me throwing my 2 cents in

Both of our letters in the I-129F petition used Fiancé ... and we didn't include our addresses ... I believe the most important parts are the actual intent statement and the signature!

Some people do a second letter of intent just before the interview!

Don't know if it's necessary but surely can't hurt.
