Orange Juice in America

In the UK, I would always drink nothing but concentrated orange juice. I drank lots of different brands but the only one I remember is "Robinsons".

It just came in a regular bottle, and you would add tap water to your glass.

In America I can't find anything like that. We got some canned orange as apparently that is the only kind of concentrated orange my fiance knows of. Even that isn't to my liking as it is very thick and kind of like the stuff you'd normally have at breakfast. The kind I drank in the UK was more watery in appearance.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about and anywhere I could get what I'm looking for?

Do you have a store claled Meijer? We recently made a trip there and realized they have a section with different countries products. My husband was thrilled to see they sold some British items and quickly tossed some Bisto into the cart. lol He said they had some Robinsons & Ribena as well. Hope that helped!

Where I live in Rhode Island, I know they have Robinsons in the Shaws supermarket.

You could try looking for cordials as well - I am sure those are more commonplace..?

depends where in the US you are. The only cordial I've seen here in small town NC is Lime cordial, and I read the label it was made of artificially flavoured and coloured high fructose corn syrup

There are lots and lots of Brit shop websites if none of the stores around you carry what you're looking for. And if you find a shop that is actually in the US, the shipping isn't too costly.

What you want is fruit squash....I don't like it myself, so don't know where to get it!

We dilute frozen concentrate with water too. So is this a liquid concentrate to with water is added?
