depending on how fast you fiance receives and turns in PACKET 3, and the assumption there are no problems at the NVC, probably 2-3 months, maybe 4 at the most until the interview. Not sure where in VN your fiance lives, so VN mail could be a time consuming factor.

mail is probably a problem. she lives in long xuyen in An Giang provience. my lawyer said it may be easier for her to just go to the consulate to pick up packet 3because it may take awhile to receive it by mail. i just hope everything goes smooth now. i am just getting all my documents together now.

Congrats!!!

I wonder why Vermont is so fast? California is very slow at processing.......

NVC usually just is a few days.

Make sure to have all your evidence in order at your interview.

Good Luck.

Congratulations! I'd send her there to get the packet if it were me.
