INTERVIEW A SUCCESS

My Brethren,

My wife's K1 interview in Lagos on Thursday was a very huge success. She did not present all those

documents that I sent except for the affidavit of support.

She was the first at window #13 and the old white lady was very kind. She went with my three months old

daughter and she cried throughout the ten minutes interview. My wife had to give the baby to another lady sitting near the window to hold while they took her fingerprints.

She asked her the kind of work I do, where and how long. CO asked her when she intends to get married in the US and the answer was as soon as she gets there with her visa.

She asked her how many times she was denied visitors visa and she told her twice. The CO printed out the two applications and checked her DOB and the dates. She told her the truth and gave the CO the names of her friends she was visiting those two occassions.

The CO asked if she has anything like a baptismal certificate to confirm her maiden name, and my wife gave her the WAEC, GCE, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma. The CO also reminded her that my daughter was not included in the petition, but my wife was ready, she gave her my daughters US Passport and Certificate of Birth Abroad which we received in February. And that was it, the CO smiled and told her happy travel to the US, and gave her a blue pick up paper for 4/17/08.

I just want to thank the Almighty God for His goodness, favor and mercy upon our lives. Blessed be His holy name.
