Sorry - no NOA-2 to report yet.

We have been waiting a long time too, our I-130 was received by the USCIS at Vermont on Sept 10th 2007.

Will let you know if I hear anything - hopefully soon, this month surely! The processing dates at Vermont should make interesting reading when they are released later this month. Maybe we'll get approved before then, we should do as others who filed after us are!

Does anyone know what timeframe to expect from approval at Vermont to interview date? I have heard perhaps a month at the NVC and then 2 at the consulate. Does this sound about right? 3 months?

Heads up, should be soon. If not my stress levels will be through the roof and it will be the kids I teach on the end of it! Some of them deserve it anyway!!!!!

Cheers

Dave

We're in the exact same situation as you guys. We filed in September and we have almost 7 months of waiting. At least we got an RFE for the I-129f..this was 18 days ago...at least they're working on it, right?! We sent back the RFE response after 5 days and we haven't heard from USCIS for almost 2 weeks. I'll keep you posted. I'm happy we're not alone in this.

Hello guys,

We are September filer also. Got approval for both 129- and 130 on March 18.

Hang on, it will be some time very soon, probably this April you'll get the NOA2 and it will be the time you are not expecting it, like on our case.. :)

I know its hard and its so stressing.

Good luck to all of us..
