I have managed to eventually see my AP application online today and it says that it was approved on 10th June. :thumbs:

Still nothing on my EAD though.

Hi all... Just an update...my husband AP was approved on 6th June. Still waiting for EAD. :star::dance:

AOS TIMELINE :

4/4/08- AOS package mailed out

4/6/08- AOS package received at Chicago

4/10/08 - Case received /pending

4/14/08 - NOA receipt received

4/19/08 - Biometric appointment letter received

5/3/08 - Biometric done ( Alexandria, Virginia )

5/6/08 - EAD touched ( no email )

5/7/08 - Case status shows up online

5/9/08 - Received email regarding AOS case transferred to

California Service Center .

5/14/08 - Received email AOS case is now pending at CSC.

5/15/08 - AOS touched

5/20/08 - Renewal of Driver License approved ( I-94 expired 5/20/08 ).

6/6/08 - AP approved

6/13/08 - EAD card production ordered

6/17/08 - Received email EAD card mailed out

I got good news here!

I received and email from CRIS .... My EAD got approved!!! June 12! Yahoo!!

By the way, congratulations to all... April filers were moving now!

Good luck and God Bless to all!! And thank you to VJ... it's a big help for me!

Dec. 3, 2007 - NOA2 received after 132 days from filing!

February 7,2008 (6:30AM) - Interview

February 22, 2008 - POE LAX, then flew on to Washington DC

March 8th, 2008 - We're MARRIED! Tyndall AFB, FL beachside!!!!

Aug 08-PREGNANT! Jan 09 -UPDATE! It's A BOY!

MAy 17 09 - Baby James Anthony born!!

I-129f was approved in 131 days from filing date.

Iinterview took 197 days from I-129F filing date.

Wind started to blow for April filers :)

Well, thanks for many kind words for my dad. He regained consciousness! :blush:

I still have to wait for expedited AP :angry: The officer of Miami local office didn't call me on the next day I visited!! She promised calling me ASAP! And the number she gave me, saying "don't tell this number anyone else please!!", was invalid for incoming call!! :girlwerewolf2xn: What are they doing?! :angry: :angry: :angry:

I called USCIS customer service and made a request for original application. Here's the detail I posted a few minutes ago.

How to get expedited AP

Really frustrated. I cannot believe Miami local office, but I don't know how Chicago is reliable :devil: Sigh....
