Got the email from CRIS this evening to say that my EAD has been approved.

Guess this means I have to get a job now! :blink::help:

BTW, I have a question for you: how to get the email from CRIS? I turned on my email in my portfilo, but never got any email from them even notice for Bio, REF.

I think that's about all you can do. Quite a few people have reported not getting any touches or updates and I think the online system just doesn't work for everyone. :wacko:

Is it unusual for cases not to be transferred to csc yet? OUrs still hasn't been transferred....r we the only ones out there :unsure:

No its not unusual... All cases do not get transfered to CSC. Don't worry about the case not being transfered

AOS TIMELINE :

4/4/08- AOS package mailed out

4/6/08- AOS package received at Chicago

4/10/08 - Case received /pending

4/14/08 - NOA receipt received

4/19/08 - Biometric appointment letter received

5/3/08 - Biometric done ( Alexandria, Virginia )

5/6/08 - EAD touched ( no email )

5/7/08 - Case status shows up online

5/9/08 - Received email regarding AOS case transferred to

California Service Center .

5/14/08 - Received email AOS case is now pending at CSC.

5/15/08 - AOS touched

5/20/08 - Renewal of Driver License approved ( I-94 expired 5/20/08 ).

6/6/08 - AP approved

6/13/08 - EAD card production ordered

6/17/08 - Received email EAD card mailed out

6/18/08 - AOS touched

March 8th, 2008 - We're MARRIED! Tyndall AFB, FL beachside!!!!

Aug 08-PREGNANT! Jan 09 -UPDATE! It's A BOY!

MAy 17 09 - Baby James Anthony born!!

I-129f was approved in 131 days from filing date.

Iinterview took 197 days from I-129F filing date.
