Congrats!

You should join the april filers if you haven't already!

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

This thought has just crossed our minds....i hope someone can help us :help: we filed our K3 papers using my husband's old address. When I got here, we moved to a new apartment. When we sent our AOS papers, we used our new address. Do you think that would be a problem? Do we have to file for change of address? if so, when do we send it? Thanks. Pls someone help us :(

In part 3 I just put down any date in the future.

For part 7 you need to attach a separate piece of paper explaining why you think you need an AP and why you qualify for one. I put the following:

Part 7.

I qualify for an Advance Parole document because I entered the USA on a K1 visa and have submitted an I-485 to adjust my status.

I would like an Advance Parole document so that I may visit my family in the UK whilst awaiting my Adjustment of Status application to be adjudicated.

Gillian

Thanks Gillian. I have another doubt. For date of birth certificate should we submit the original or a photocopy? Also since my original date of birth certificate doesn't contain my name, should I submit any secondary documentation? If yes, then what should I submit?
