Hi everyone! After a weekend of pulling our hair out, locating a civil surgeon to sign the Vaccination Supplement and general chaos, we are ready to mail off the forms today. I just need to verify a few things to settle my nerves that we have it all right. Thank you for any responses.

1) With the I-864 affadavit of support - should I (the USC) submit any copies of Identification? I am concerned because my name is now changed to my new married name, but my tax return copies are all in my former name. Is this obvious or should I show a paper trail? Also, I am submitting 3 years of tax returns, do I need paystubs too?

2) Can we write on check for $1010.00 (is that the right amount?) or do we need to write individual checks for each document?

3) Any other secrets, red flags, anything we should know before mailing?? any advice or double check welcome!!!

1) US citizen only needs to attach financial evidence to the I-864 (IRS returns, Employer letter, pay stubs)

2) There are no individual checks, you are only paying for the I-485, the others (I-765 and I-131) are included in that fee.

3) Do not share any evidence among the forms, each needs it's own set of supporting evidence.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
