Hi,

You cannot send the forms until the NVC has sent them. Once the automated system says they have been sent, you can use email to send the DS 3032. Just send them an email with the info.

hi everyone!

I am a newbee, although i have been following this thread for quite some time now.

My husband and I are august filer..finally got our NOA2 :)

I wanted to clarify one thing abt the ds3032:

i want to appoint my husband(my petitioner) as the agent in the ds3032 form, but he will be moving to another address in abt 4 months...will a change of address create any delays/confusions/RFEs in the future? also, if an address change poses no hurdles, how can i inform the NVC of the change in address, when my hubby moves?

Thanks

Hi Agari :)

Since in DS230, in Q11 you have to give an adress where you want your GC (if is different than in Q10)and this adress should include name of person who currently lives there I assume putting PO box is not possible.

Hopefully someone with more experience will confirm this.

Congratulations to all who are now at NVC :)

NVC - James' Shortcuts - http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Jame%27s_Shortcut

There is a pinned long thread where a guy named James put together the forms you need to file during NVC.

He did a great job, but the forms were updated, and changes made over time.

I took the information from the thread and put it into a 1 page wiki here on visajourney.

You can choose to use the shortcuts or not, but going thru that wiki page lets you prepare your documents ahead of time.

The savings from being prepared are the best short cut of all.

Best wishes
