just came from biometrics... it was esy.. no people at all ... but they couldn't take my biometrics for so long as I have (regarding them) wired fingers.... :)

Looked at my case online and my I765 (EAD) was touched again!!!!! So I guess it happened because of biometrics??? Then why not I131 (AP)???

The biometrics appointment is for the AOS and EAD, it has nothing to do with the AP. Therefore, no touch. ;)

How do you know when your case is "touched"? And what does that mean?

When you check your case status online and the date is different, that means your case was looked at or "touched." It doesn't necessarily mean there's an approval or RFE, but that someone looked at your case and logged it in the system. If the date changes, be sure and click on the case number and if there's an update of any kind, the message/notice will change as well. :)

K-1 Timeline:

Passed my driving test and got my driving license with married name!!!!! yahoo!!! My first official document with married name..:) Still waiting for a letter from Karif's ex-employer... Ahhh!!! Please send it to us as we need to send RFE back to Missouri!!! Hopefully next week :(

I can't wait for Griff's case to move forward! The check was cashed Wed., so we're anticipating some movement in the next few weeks. It will be so good for him to be able to get working, just to alleviate the boredom. He got the stamp at JFK, but the 90 dyas just isn't enough time to bother trying to find a job, ya know?

Its cool that you could change your biometrics so easily!
