Got some word about my I-485

Request for evidence

on form 1-864a they need more proof of current income other than the taxes and w2s we sent.

If we send his pay stubs for the last 6 months do you think that will be enough??

Hopefully that would do it. I sent 3 years tax transcripts, w-2's for 2007, paystubs for all 3 jobs for the last 6 months, letters from all 3 of my employers, as well as letters from the bank on my accounts with deposit info and current balances (mostly the same that I sent with the I-134). Hopefully I don't get RFE'd for the same form. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that Canadia :( It didn't specify the additional requirements that they need? You can send the pay stubs for the last 6 months together with the letter of employment and such. But if you didn't meet the income requirements you might as well send the co-sponsor's I-864. Let us hear how things go. Again, sorry to hear about it.

Oh no!!! I'm so sorry to hear that, but send whatever they ask you back asap and it should get sorted out.

I'm nervous now about mine... I sent the last 3 years tax returns, last 6 months paystubs and a letter from the employer. Hope everything will be ok.

Good luck to us all!

 I am sorry to hear that..... now I started to worry... we sent only 2006 taxes of my husband as in 2003-2005 he was a Peace Corp Volunteer in my country.... + our joint sponsor is his sister (my sister in law) and she sent only 2006 taxes as well as she was a student in 2005.... hopefully they will not send RFE....
