one room too much

Hi all,

I hope I can get some suggestions here, our friends and fam haven't been too super helpful yet.

We are going to move into a house in June, as my dad-in-law will buy it and rent it out o us.

It is a 3 bedroom with another casual living room apart from the actual living/dining room and kitchen.

We will put our office into the casual dining room, take the master bedroom, make one other room the guest bedroom.

But what can we do with the 3 bedroom? We don't plan on kids any time soon and a gym room would probably be a waste of money and space.

Does anyone here have any clue on what to do with it?

is there any hobbies that you and your hubby like to do?? My hubby is really into music and we are looking into purchasing our own home soon here. He was planning on turning the extra room into a music/hobby room for me and him. He has a ton of guitars and a drumset that he wants all set up ..... Or turn it into maybe a quiet room, surround yourself with things you like and love and calm you (kind of like a serenity room) and allow it to be a space where you go to have quiet time to relax. No tv, no phone, etc. and or you could always use it for extra storage. Good luck

I think the theater room is a cool idea, or perhaps a library with some nice bookshelves and a comfy couch to relax on and read?

Gym room is a great idea or PC room (but you have an office so..maybe you already HAVE a PC room)..

If you can afford it what about a home cinema room?
