So I finally heard from CSC, but rather than a NOA2 it was an RFE. Does anyone know the average time to NOA2 after receiving an RFE?

It was for better evidence of meeting in person in the last two years. I sent all kinds of information about all the different times I'd been to England and the fact that I was in school in Scotland from Oct. 2003 - Oct. 2004 (which I'm pretty sure is not more than two years ago), but they wanted other proof. So I copied pages out of my passport, printed off an itinerary (from Orbitz -- do you think this will count as an "itinerary on travel agency letter head"), printed a bank statement with payments that were made in England and with the dates. I hope this is enough, you think?

Don't you have boarding pass? and dated pictures of you 2 being together? I sent them my pictures with printed date on the pictures, boarding pass, atm receipt from her city, and all the pages of my passort. I didn't send my flight itinerary.

After REF's at both K1 time and now AOS - I think it speeds your application along in a funny way. You end up on a smaller pile and get dealt with quickly when they get your response.

Sorry for the RFE. The flight itinerary really wouldnt be any good by itself due to the fact it doesnt really prove you were on the flight. You need your boarding pass receipts to go along with it. Copies of you entry stamps on your passport, with the dates visible are good. Also photos of you two together and with family members that have dates and places written on the back. Hope that helps. There is no exact time on when you will get an approval after sending your RFE back. Some wait 4 days, some 2 weeks, i have been waiting now 46 days, same with a few others who have been waiting longer than i have. I guess it depends on who gets your RFE and when they get it taken care of.

These things should help, but it would be good if you also had pictures of yourselves together dated, boarding passes or ticket stubs, receipts from hotels or places that you went together while you were there, etc....
