On the form, it asks for my parents name, date and place of birth, and then city and country of residence. My lame question is.... If both my parents are passed away, do I list there last known residence? Or do I put deceased? Thanks.... John

Put deceased for the column where it asked for their present address...

Either will work but typing it first is better IMO, that's what I did. Less chance of printing error.

It is best and more presentable if you will fill it up online. For information that won't fit into certain fields, you can hand-write them. You can also use supplemental pages. Just make sure all forms and supplements are signed and dated.

Not just 4 copies...the pdf file itself is 4 pages long and the footer is different on each page. You can't just print out the first page and make 3 copies to send in....you must print all 4 pages of G-325A. The person who's info appears on this biographic form (either petitioner or beneficiary) must sign and date the form in quadruplicate. Originals of this form must be sent to USCIS.
