I'm curious to know if any of you out there that filed in late September or early October have had their cases transferred or an interview scheduled yet? Our case hasn't been touched since the end of October. It has gone over three full months without a single touch. The EAD was approved so fast but since then nothing has happened on the AOS.

I've called but I get the usual lip service on how we have to wait six months before they will look into anything, oh well

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Take Care,

Charlie

I'm not a September or October filer, but I did file mine at the end of July making me an August filer. My case was last touched on November 12th after my biomtrics and it hasn't been touched since. I'm hoping to receive an interview date(probably to late for a transfer) soon. So theres still a few of us who filed before you who are still waiting too.

I checked the processing times on the www.uscis.gov website. My local office says its only working on dates of July 19th at the mo, so i've still got a wee while to wait. I just looked up San Bernando, CA as thats what you have as your local office and they are working July 19th dates also. So that might give you a timeframe of how long you may have to wait til they get to your case.

I know it's frustrating to see others who applied at the same time as you or later and get approved or receive their interview date.

  • 2 weeks later...

our case was transferred in late december after filling in late september. no touches since late december. CSC is backed up. for $1010 fee, the service is really, really slow. at least we did get the AP and EAD docs after 3 months. where is the green card? we have all the biometrics and everything else taken care of. just waiting for green card or interview date.
