This really is good news. I'm not that far behind you and filing through NSC, so hopefully mine will be soon.

It's a relief to know that people are getting cards from NSC. I had assumed they had all gone skiing for the past 6 months.

But this is strange, since you have applied for citizenship you should not get the card at all. I called customer service last week to ask about my case, and I asked specifically about this. I was transferred to a real immigration officer and she assured me I would not get the 10-year card after sending the N-400. Both applications will be processed together at the naturalization interview she said.

C'mon, you should know this by now...that the USCIS is a dysfunctional agency where the right hand does not know what the left is doing. There is no singularity of purpose. The only common policies that runs across the board are the excessive fees charged, excessive processing delays and the endless hassles they subject innocent immigrants to.

Other than those, nothing else is streamlined and business is conducted in a chaotic fashion. Their policies change faster than the direction of the wind. Call USCIS in the morning and you'd get one explanation to a specific question; Call again in the evening and I'm sure you'd get a different answer to the same question.

I totally agree with you Scapel .

I applied in the beginning of February 2007 and so far no updates nothing .I called them many times but they are totally hopeless to provide any kind of informations.

There is something that I can’t understand with this Nebraska Service Center ….how come old applications almost or already one year old are still there (Nebraska) collecting dust and probably abandoned while the newer ones filed after June 2007 were transferred to California and most of those people are done already ? This is something ridicules taking in consideration the slogan they use “First come first served “

Also I see more and more some guys on this forum claiming that our applications are not so important because we are here (US ) already and therefore we can wait ???????

I think they are out of their mind to claim a such a stupidity .What do we get for all the money and time we put in these applications ?????

CONGRATULATIONS.

I am still waiting for mine. I really lost all hope of getting the removal of condition before my Citizenship interview. As you know, I applied in July 06. 2006. Oh well, I hope that it will be approved along with my N400.

Now all you have to do is wait for your N400 interview. Again, Congrats!

Not yet. My extension letter is good until march 2008.
