So I received an email this morning

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

So does this mean it has been transfered to a local office? I don't understand where it says, "You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you." It almost implys that they think they have everything they need - won't we be called for an interview??

I hope to become a January filer on Monday. Under Part 1 of Form I-485 an A# is asked for. I'm not sure which number they want here. The I-94 has an A number, also the K-1 insert in my wife's passport has an A number. These numbers are different. Which one do I use? What is the difference in these numbers that both begin with A?

Check cleared for us today. Can't quite get the case number. Anyone who's case was delivered on Monday have the first 3-4 digits? That should be the same for all cases processed on Monday.

The A# is the number that is on the Visa, written on the Visa and NOA2.

They should be all the same number.
