Hi

I was wondering if anyone knew how uscis processes aos. I sent mine last week, do they send out the NOA first then cash checks or cash checks first then issue NOA. Lastly does anyone know the timespan of getting NOA1 on the USCIS site it says 15 weeks. YIKES! I see some are getting it earlier and some who filed in Nov still haven't gotten their NOA1.

I filed in Chicago lock box and filed for I765 I -130 I-131 and I-485

Thanks

Harry

I had NOA first and then check cashed. Not sure of the timeline, but use your VJ timeline as a guide, they are usually pretty accurate.
