govt proposed limits

I see where the house has two proposed immigration bills and both seem to limit family members of US Citizens. If this bill passes and getb signed will it effect unmarried daughters where the 130 has already been fiiled and she has waited 5years?

Ask about his when the bill actually comes to life. No one knows if it would affect pending applications or not. 

 

This already has been discussed a lot for months and for speculating what's going to happen really is pointless.

Exactly as @Roel said. These bills get cut up and put back together in a thousand different ways before they ever pass (if they ever do pass). Anything now is really just a guess.

Let’s hope a bill gets passed so we can move on to another problem. 

 

I surmise anyone who applied will be grandfathered anyways. (normally how they take care of situations like this)
