I was on a desktop. What I am saying is I always cut and paste the article title. I live the TOS. I am saying the wrbsite edited the title .

Actually, the TOS does not codify this practice.  This is more of a general rule of thumb.

it's been standard practice for at least several years now.  those who willfully disregard mod direction on this
